MyCerealMix - Goodbye Sugar, Hello Crunch!

MyCerealMix offered a truly unique product: a sugar-free, vegan, and gluten-free granola unlike anything else on the market. However, operational challenges were hindering their growth. Persistent in-stock issues and high fulfillment costs, especially through FBA for both D2C and B2B shipments, were impacting profitability and customer satisfaction.

Apex Sellers addressed these issues head-on. We negotiated a partnership with a 3PL logistics provider, which slashed their fulfillment costs by up to 75% and dramatically improved delivery times, from 5-7 days to a swift 2-3 days. This significantly enhanced the customer experience.

Simultaneously, we undertook a complete overhaul of their Amazon presence. This included creating eye-catching new listing images and informative infographics, as well as writing compelling product descriptions. Our meticulous A/B testing of these new listings led to a doubling of their conversion rate.

This, combined with improved listing optimization, resulted in a 28% increase in listing traffic and an impressive improvement of over 5,000 positions in their best-seller rank.
Critically, this optimization also propelled their listing to the #1 organic search result for "sugar-free granola" on Amazon, a testament to the effectiveness of our strategies.


As a result of these efforts, MyCerealMix now proudly holds the "Amazon's Choice" badge for high-traffic key search terms such as "sugar-free granola" and related variations.
